Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few of the emotions which can linger well beyond traumatic events. I can help you navigate these symptoms to reconnect to the meaningful aspects in your life. I will do my best to help you through the process of growth and healing.
Do you struggle with anger? I have been teaching anger management since 2018 when I was an intern. I ran a successful Anger and Stress Management group, and have been working individually with people on this struggle over my entire professional experience. I can help you find ways to cope and navigate through your anger experiences. Treatment centered around anger can help you put forward the best version of yourself, even when things are frustrating.
I do offer telehealth for service delivery. I use telehealth only in the instances where it is impossible for the client(s) to make it in to the office for their usual in-person session. This mode of service is not intended to be permanent.
